Directions:
Log in to the Parent Portal Select the Student
Go to https://youngstown.guardian.powerschool.com. If you have never logged in, you need your student’s Access ID and Access Password to create your parent account. Your school can provide the access information.
Select the Student
If you have more than one student, tabs with their names will appear at the top of the screen. Some forms are student specific, so please make sure you select the correct student.
Click Forms
In the left navigation panel, click on FORMS.
Select the Form
Select the form from the list or click on the appropriate tab and choose the form there.
Submit Each Form
When you have completed all of the form's components, click SUBMIT at the bottom right. Some forms allow you to use the dropdown menu on the submit button and select "Submit for Family."
