Admissions Process
Admission Requirements (Incoming grades K-8)
Students who desire an educational experience founded on the Catholic philosophy of education and who fulfill the age, health, academic and behavioral requirements are eligible for admission to the school.
The school sets registration procedures and admission policies. The availability of space and the order of preference for admission is determined by the school according to the following general criteria:
Registrants for school will be accepted in the following order:
- Students of registered participating parishioners of St. Rose Parish;
- Students of parishioners whose parish does not provide a Catholic elementary school; and
- Non parishioner students on a space available basis, after an admissions interview is held.

Complete the pre-registration form at:

After completing the pre-registration form, you will be contacted by the Director of Admissions to arrange a tour of the school and/or a shadow day for the prospective student(s).

After completing a full application and submitting all required documents, an admissions interview will be scheduled with the Director of Admissions and/or principal.

Notification of enrollment decision along with any applicable financial aid documents will be sent.
Please Note: Application for admission is not a guarantee of acceptance. Depending on the number of applicants, there may be a wait list formed. Failure to disclose any medical, educational, or behavioral issues is cause to rescind enrollment offer. St. Rose Catholic School is a non-public, Catholic school in the State of Ohio. As such, federal FAPE requirements are non-binding at the school. The school strives to meet the learning differences and necessary accommodations of students accepted into the school.
