Tuition for Saint Rose Parishioners

View and print the tuition payment and family registration and tuition agreement

To receive the parishioner rate, at least one parent must be a registered, practicing member of Saint Rose Church. As a member of the parish, it is expected that one is attending Sunday Mass and contributing to the support of the parish through the Sunday offering and/or volunteering in time and talent. Otherwise, the non-participating/non-parishioner rate will be charged.

2023-2024 Tuition Rates

Parishioner Rate
1 Child         $3,730 (monthly and quarterly payment accepted)
2 Children  $6,710

Tuition Payment Procedures
A tuition agreement form must be signed and turned in by all families in order for your child to be considered registered at Saint Rose School. Tuition payments are to be made at the rectory or school office. Monthly statements will be mailed home to each family this way; tuition will come in on a regular basis. The Diocesan policy states that no report cards are to be distributed if tuition is unpaid, and records cannot be sent to any other schools unless all tuition balances are current. Please see School Fees for additional costs associated with student enrollment.

Tuition for Parishioners of Other Parishes
In order to receive a Parishioner Tuition rate, you must return to the school a signed Parish verification form by the Pastor of your Parish. This form must be turned in with your tuition agreement form in order for your child to be considered registered at Saint Rose. (See above rates.)

Tuition for Non-Participating Parishioners and Non-Parishioners
The following rate schedule applies to non-participating Saint Rose parishioners and non-parishioners of another parish.

Non-Participating & Non-Parishioner Rate
Per Child       $5,500

Please see School Fees below for additional costs associated with student enrollment.

Genuine Need for Financial Aid
In cases of genuine need, parents may be eligible for some financial tuition assistance from the Diocese. To receive such help, parents must complete a form documenting the need. The Private School Aid Service provides forms to us and then processes all data. The forms are available in the school office. The Private School Aid Service does require a minimal $20 fee to process the forms. It is very important to remember that all forms and the $20 fee are sent directly to the company. There are full directions in the form booklet. Follow the directions completely because, if any part of the form is not completed, they will send it back to you. You may also receive financial assistance from the Saint Rose Angel Fund Scholarship. Please see the school office for this scholarship form.

Registration and School Fees
A general school fee for K-8 will be $100 per student for the 2023-2024 school year. All families, including Ed-Choice Scholarship families, are required to pay the general fee.  Paying tuition in full by August 1st will waive the General Fee of $100/student.

Fees can be paid to the school or the rectory office. Checks should be made out to Saint Rose School and are to be separate from the tuition payment. Please do not include this payment in your monthly tuition payment. This fee covers necessary materials, some supplies, religion books, and the computer program.

There is also a required non-refundable registration fee of $50 per family due at the time of registration or re-registration. This is required by all families even those on Ed-Choice.

A separate $50 non-refundable registration fee is required for Kindergarten registration.
