Saint Rose Catholic School, a Roman Catholic K-8 school in the Diocese of Youngstown, is committed to providing a quality Catholic education, which promotes spiritual formation and academic excellence whereby students develop to their full potential.

It is the belief of Saint Rose Catholic School that families, parish and school work in partnership to provide a strong Catholic educational experience to its students in preparation for life.

The primary educator of our children is first and foremost the family. It is in the home that concepts, attitudes and behavioral patterns are formed and that have a strong bearing on the direction and progress of a child’s education.

Saint Rose Catholic School assists parents in becoming effective teachers of religious education by providing opportunities for spiritual growth through liturgical and volunteer experiences. The parish also partners with home and school to prepare children for the reception of the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation.

The school’s role is to coordinate the academic education and supplement it with other tenets of the school philosophy. With teachers as facilitators, Saint Rose Catholic School reflects a commitment to the Catholic faith, provides an atmosphere that allows students to reach their academic potential, encourages the development of social skills and promotes lifelong learning.

Saint Rose School is the place for your child! We welcome you to visit our school and see for yourself. We look forward to sharing in this experience with your family.
